Yes! We use "stripe.com" to process our credit card payments. Now we also offer Paypal as an option for secure payment. “Mutch.ca” DOES NOT store or share any personal or payment information except your name and email. At no point do we have access to your credit card information. Stripe and Paypal have excellent reputations and are simply the best/most secure way to process transactions online.
How long does it take to ship?
We make an effort to accurately update our online inventory daily. If the item is in stock it takes only one(1) business day to process your order. Shipping with Canada Post should be 1-7 days.
NB, PEI, NS = 1-2 days
QB, ON, NFLD = 3-5 days
MB, SK, AB, BC = 4-7 days
Territories = 5-7+ days
In the rare case that the item you purchased is not in stock. you will be notified immediately. We can provide an estimated date when it will be shipped (7-14 day) also provide an option for a complete refund if the wait will be too long for you.
Where are your products from?
We outsource our products from all over the world. We make an effort to work only with manufacturers that have a high quality certification. We take pride in our products and offer a 5 year warranty to assure our products are a step above the competition.
Are your Headlights DOT approved?
Most of our Headlights are not DOT approved. Make sure to read the product description well. Some are recommended for off road use while some are DOT "compliant". This means the light meet all the requirements for approval but has not gone through the approval process.
How does your warranty work?
All our products are covered by a 1 Year unlimited replacement warranty. Our products boast less then 1% failure rate. Many major brands can not advertise that high of success rate. If there are any manufacturer defects in the item then you can exchange it with in that first year.
The easiest way to start a warranty claim is to email "warranty@mutchs.ca" and provide your order number and the date purchased.
Are these just the cheap lights I see from other online retailers from China?
Nope. Although, some of our products are made in China, we take pride in only working with the best manufacturers. All of our suppliers have high quality assurance ratings and use quality parts. Many of our lights even use American made CREE led chips. Our lights will out shine, out last and out perform these imitations every time. And good luck trying to get warranty from some of these suppliers.
Are LED headlights really any better then the OEM halogen bulbs?
The short answer, yes! It has taken some time for the technology to improve but there is now no comparison. A Standard Halogen 4x6 setup will put out 3000 - 4000 lumins on your high beam.
A full set of "GEN 2 4x6" will output as much as 14,000 lumins. Also the life expectancy should outlast the life of the vehicle there are in.
